All the orders will be sent by EMS express through Hong Kong Post Office with a return address from Green Life Herbal Pharmaceutical Ltd.

Q 3. Is it safe to use Credit Card purchasing in your website?
A

Green Life need patient’s name, address and post code (for delivery) only! Detailed credit card number and expired date only will be done under the secure payment system of HONG KONG Wing Hang Bank. The secure payment system is a 128 bit encryption system in which all the information you enter including your credit card number, expiry date will be securely protected.

Even Green Life Herbal Pharmaceutical Ltd doesn’t know any information about the buyer's credit card number and its expiry date. And, Green Life Herbal Pharmaceutical Ltd. will not send any email for asking the buyer's credit card number and its expiry date.

For Credit Card, it will be confirmed 3 hours after you pay successfully in our website.

For Paypal, it also will be confirmed 3 hours after you pay successfully in our website.

For Western Union, it will be confirmed 2 days after your transfer successfully.

For Bank Transfer, it will take 3 to 7 days for confirmation after your transfer successfully in your bank.

Q 6. What is the average delivery time?

USA and Canada orders: Patients will receive around 3 - 4 days after purchasing in Green Life Website.

Europe orders: Patients will receive around 3 - 5 days after purchasing in Green Life Website.

Asian orders: Patients will receive around 3 - 4 days after purchasing in Green Life Website.

American orders: Patients will receive around 5 - 6 days after purchasing in Green Life Website.

African orders: Patients will receive around 6 days after purchasing in Green Life Website.

Other orders: Patients will receive around 4 - 5 days after purchasing in Green Life Website.

Q 7.When my treatment will be sent?
A

Thyroid Throu parcel will be sent 1 working day after we have received the payment confirmation. Hong Kong Post Office is available between 09:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 13:00 on Saturday. The treatment order at Saturday and Sunday will be sent at next Monday.
