Diabetes Insipidus is that the function decreases of hypothalamic- nerve pituitary ( caudal lobe) causes the anti- diuresis hormone synthesis and the secretion insufficient. Some cases of this disease, which is the result of that wound, tumor, infection, and etc causing the damage of hypothalamic- nerve pituitary, are called the centrum or pituitary diabetes. The cases of fully lacks or serious insufficient of anti- diuresis hormone are called the complete diabetes, while cases of the mildly lacks of the anti- diuresis hormone are called incomplete (partial) diabetes. Moreover the hypothalamic- nerve pituitary secretes normally the anti- diuresis hormone, but as a result of all kinds of reasons including the inheritance factor and so on, causing the sensitivity drop of the kidney resistance the diuresis hormone , and showing the varying degree of the urine flow concentration function flaw, we call it the kidney source diabetes. The main clinic symptom of diabetes are the polyuria, the polydipsia , the hypobarism , the low osmotic pressure urine, but urine solute displacement are normal, with anti- diuresis hormone treatment effective, but kidney diabetes though have the same clinical symptom, applies the anti- diuresis hormone ineffectively or invalidly.
After taken TT: TT is effective to Diabetes Insipidus caused by the hormone disorder in Hypothalamus only. The urine will turn to normal step by step.
