Vegetable Juices to improve high blood sugar
Suitable for Diabetes Type I and II.
Health prescription
Patients can take:
A. 2 glasses vegetable juice as breakfast.
B. 1 glass vegetable juice 1 hour before lunch.
C. 1 glass vegetable juice 1 hour before dinner
D. 2 or 3 glasses in afternoon and evening.
Diabetes need to avoid pasta, bread, rice noodles, cakes, desserts and fried, roasted, barbecue food. Also, diabetes need to avoid peanuts, cashew nuts and dairy products. However, diabetes need to eat more fresh and organic fruits and vegetables.
Material
1. Vegetables:
1.1 Medium red beet root 1 / 2
1.2 Bitter Melon 1 / 2 (white or green will be accepted)
1.3 Cucumber 1 / 2
1.4 Swiss Chard 3 pieces (from root to leaf)
2. Fruit:
2.1 Fresh blue berries 1 / 2 cup
2.2 Lemon 1 pc
3. Ingredients
3.1 Distilled water 2 glass
3.2 Ginger 1 pc (about 3 cm)
3.3 Cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon
3.4 Bee pollen 2 spoons
Procedure:
1. All the ingredients Wash; beet root peel and cut into pieces; bitter melon remained seed, cut into pieces; Cucumbers cut into pieces.
2. Lemon peel the skin, remain the white fiber and pulp; Goji berry put in warm water a few minutes.
3. Put all the materials in blender and add the distilled water blend it for 60 seconds. It will make around 7 glasses juice.
